An exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic privately owned General Practice in a pivotal leadership role.

We are looking for an experienced RN to join our team of 12 doctors, allied health practitioners.

The role would involve:

• Implementing and directing Preventative Health Strategies
• Chronic Disease Management including Care Plans and Health Assessments
• Managing Immunisation Program including 4 year Healthy Kids Checks
• Manage patient Register and Recalls
• Co coordinating patient Clinical Data Management
• Wound Management
• Triage
• Stock Management, Vaccine ordering and monitoring
• Diagnostic Services including INR, ECG and Spirometry

Essential Criteria:

• Have current Nurse Registration
• Have clinical experience
• Be computer literate in practice management system
• Leadership/line management experience
• Good communication skills
• Have the ability to prioritise and work independently
