The latest release made available on Friday 20th January 2012 has been found to affect the Next of Kin data in Pracsoft ONLY.
Practices who have installed the 3.12.1a update are advised to contact the HCN Support Helpdesk on 1300 788 002 for assistance with restoring your data.
If you have downloaded the file but have not yet installed the update, delete the file and wait for the replacement update.
HCN has advised that a patch will be made available in the next 2-3 days.
