ComDiab provides group introductory diabetes education in the community for any of your patients, carers / family members or anyone who wants to know about diabetes. Facilitated by well trained nurses, the education offers practical information to enable individuals to better understand and self manage diabetes.
The LMP has acquired new providers this month.
Towards the end of 2010, CSGPN ran two successful community events to raise awareness of type 2 diabetes risk.
